By Patrick B. O’Grady

Come, Let Us Worship walks the reader through the Divine Liturgy of St. John Chrysostom, explaining the meaning of each element and how the congregant may best participate in this fundamental act of Orthodox worship. Those new to Orthodoxy and those who wonder about the meaning of the Liturgy will find this small guide a helpful and informative companion.

About the Author

The V. Rev. Fr. Patrick B. Perfect for converts

Posted by Frances Colleen on Jul 23rd 2018

As an adult convert coming from Protestantism, one can get lost in motions and mechanics of the Divine Liturgy if all you do is take it at face value. This book is the most user-friendly guide I have found on the Divine Liturgy, as it explains each section part by part from a newcomer's perspective. I think this book should be made available at every narthex for everyone to access and participate more fully in the Divine Liturgy.
