"The Psalms aren't in numerical order in this Psalter. Why is that?" When you read this Psalter, you'll notice that the Psalms are not in numerical order. That was done intentionally. This edition of the Psalter was created for prayer, at home or in church, rather than for reference. It's not just another "Book of Psalms." That means the Psalms are organized according to the established cycle of daily readings for Orthodox Christian monastic practice. We follow the same order in our churches and our homes. If you'd like more information for reference purposes, we recommend the Book of Psalms (and its accompanying notes) in the Orthodox Study Bible. A very best of translations, a handy layout.

Just want to thank everyone who did work for this beautiful Psalter. Translation and layout is great. Diamond for prayer life of every faithful. I bought also Audible version and sometimes can listen as well and just pray together along. Thanks a lot. Now it’s my everyday companion.

AFR - Psalter - iPhone & Leather Bound

I have purchased the iphone/tablet and leather bound version of this Psalter. It flows well (using the monastic ordering of Psalms read in a week) and the translation is clear and concise. I am able read all 151 Psalms every week with these tools. Thank you!
